Organisation

The Ministry of Finance is a state administrative body with the scope of work defined by the Act on the organisation and scope of work of the ministries and other state administrative organizations (Official Gazette, no. 199/03, 30/04). Pursuant to the Decree on internal organisation of the Ministry of Finance (Official Gazette, no. 43/05, 114/05, 14/06), the following administrative organisations and other organisation units have been established:
